I figured i found and saving a lot of interior and fashion picture in my laptop from diverse source i don't even remember. So i'm starting this ~inre~ post on this blog, it's about interior design, or maybe fashion and some other stuff. The basic mood is down-to-earth or sometimes a bit higher, it could be minimalism, psychedelic, or something else. Something that defines me, just keep track on who i am.

Shelves Art

What are you usually put on shelves? toys? books? dvds? Anyway it's been 5 years i always try to make a good composition to put things inside shelves, and also i have to choose wisely which shelves is good, which color, which texture, etc. By looking for many references, usually i got inspiration by Japanese shelves in traditional Japanese interior (even a modern apartment can have traditional interior).

Ebisu Yoshikazu

Start drawing at his 40's Ebisu Yoshikazu already released several titled of manga, one that i already read is Salaryman From Hell. His drawing have a style that make a dimension as 2 dimensional as europe classical painting (i don't remember what era). It just kind of make me feel suffocated by 2 dimensional horror story.

When i'm doing internship program, the studio make a project of this restaurant. We work on the design from logo to the finishing. Mostly i made the illustration on the wall. I eat here twice, first i become like some kind of tester eat so much free, and the second time i eat it with family. My favourite dish is yellow curry, a bit sweet taste it's delicious. Though quite expensive for not so awesome menu.

End Year Central Java Tour 2009 Report

First day after along journey inside a car approximately about 12 hours..wew. Finally arrive at the hotel on Dieng, Wonosobo. The hotel is exatcly between two mountain which is Mt. Sindoro and Mt. Sumbing. I can see clear view on Sindoro not Sumbing because it's kind of the other side of the road covered up by house and some trees. Here is Mt. Sindoro pic that i take very early in the morning.

A mescaline-infused short featuring the YYYs playing severely warped versions of themselves. Together, they try to "lose their minds in order to recover purity of truth." And stuff. Directed by Barney Clay.

I'm kinda hope their next album are more like those video, more rock n' roll like they used to be.

3 brand new shoes that i bought recently. Not quite expensive, but since it give a discount if i buy two, well there's nothing to lose ain't it?

The Red one, Full color one with that cool neon green shoelace which i bought separately, and Grey black, the newest. Pretty convenient huh?  I try some custom on Converse website, i wish they can ship to my place.

Well i just got this postcard from USA. The illustration is remembering me of Junji Ito's Tomie artwork, but he is not mentioned on the featured artist on Electric Ant Zine anyway, strange....

UNIQLOCK paris / france

My favourite brand all over the world UNIQLO, is a brand from Japan. My first uniqlo clothing is a grey cardigan that i found in a cheap store only about as same as 1.5$ awesome! and my second uniqlo is a blue sweater, a gift from my friend who move to Japan. Well he bought it after one month work effort just to buy some stuff to some of his friend, what a good friend. New megastore just open near shinjuku station, tokyo. A simple concept that the façade is composed of two surfaces with geometrical lit lines. the lines make the materiality of the facade and architecture disappear so that only the uniqlo logos remain at night.
